We propose to solve the problems of transport accessibility in Siberia, the Far North, the Far East, Canada, and Greenland:
There are many reasons why northern settlements are difficult to reach:
- Northern settlements being far away from administrative, business, and cultural centers
- Underdeveloped road and railway networks
- Seasonal transport isolation due to severe weather conditions
- Lack of modern airport infrastructure
- A large number of settlements located along rivers, which are covered with ice in winter, making navigation impossible
- At the same time, the region has extensive water areas suitable for landing medium-sized seaplanes (up to 20 passengers) both in winter and summer.
As a transportation system capable of solving problems in hard-to-reach regions, we offer the DDL-3 multipurpose amphibious flying boat.

o Landing on water
o Landing on an ice-snow runway, due to the special design of the bottom and the use of low-pressure polyethylene as a coating

The DDL-3 can be operated practically anywhere in the world, both in tropical and Arctic regions, where it is necessary to solve transportation tasks in remote areas. It is where the use of traditional aviation is impossible or not feasible.
